Terms of service
Last updated September 23, 2026
These terms cover your use of the PumpOps website, the PumpOps web app and the PumpOps Site Manager mobile app (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you use PumpOps through your employer or another organization (your “Organization”), you also agree on its behalf that you are authorized to do so. If your Organization has a signed agreement with PumpOps, that agreement controls where it differs from these terms.
Accounts
- Your Organization’s administrator invites you and decides what you can see and do.
- Keep your login to yourself and tell us at leads@pump-ops.app if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for what is done under your account.
- You must be at least 16 and allowed to work for your Organization to use the Service.
Your data
Your Organization owns the data it and its people put into PumpOps: sites, prices, inspections, photos, records and documents. We use it only to provide the Service to your Organization, as described in our privacy policy. Your Organization can export its data while its account is active.
Acceptable use
Don’t:
- break the law with the Service, or use it to mislead a regulator or inspector;
- try to reach data belonging to another Organization, or get around security or limits;
- overload, scrape, reverse engineer or resell the Service; or
- upload malware or content you have no right to share.
We may suspend access that breaks these rules or puts the Service or others at risk.
Prices and compliance are your decisions
PumpOps recommends fuel prices and helps you run and record compliance inspections. The recommendations are estimates based on the data available, and the inspection forms and schedules are aids. They are not legal, regulatory or financial advice. Your Organization remains responsible for the prices it sets, for meeting its regulatory obligations, and for checking that the records and documents it files are complete and correct.
Fees
Paid plans are billed as agreed with your Organization. The mobile app is free to download and needs an account with an Organization that uses PumpOps.
Changes and availability
We improve the Service continually and may change or remove features. We aim to keep it available, but we don’t promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. If we change these terms in a significant way, we’ll tell account holders before the change takes effect.
Ending
You can stop using the Service at any time. Your Organization can close its account, and we may close accounts that break these terms. Our privacy policy explains what happens to the data afterwards.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and PumpOps is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost revenue from pricing decisions, or regulatory fines. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the amount your Organization paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
App stores
If you downloaded the mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, these terms are between you and PumpOps, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you with respect to the iOS app.
